Since his admission in 1999, Toby’s practice has focused on civil litigation. Early in his career, Toby was in-house counsel for an international insurance company and involved with commercial and regulatory cases involving asbestos and telecommunications. Currently, Toby’s practice focuses on complex and high exposure civil litigation cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, breach of contract, insurance bad faith, indemnity, toxic tort, subrogation, and commercial claims. Toby has also counseled businesses and construction professionals regarding risk management and transactional matters.
