Mollie E. Schultz, Associate

Mollie is licensed in Colorado state and federal courts, focusing her practice on representing both individuals and companies in the prosecution and defense of complex civil litigation claims in the areas of premises liability, personal injury defense, insurance defense, and insurance coverage.  She is on the Judicial Committee of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.  Mollie graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego.  Prior to joining the firm, Mollie was a criminal prosecutor, gaining extensive trial and courtroom experience.
