Kyle Joyce, Partner
Kyle received his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2015, and is admitted to practice law in Colorado. Kyle’s practice concentrates on areas of general civil litigation, defense of bodily injury claims, bad faith defense and insurance coverage analysis. In addition to his litigation work, Kyle provides counsel on a variety of issues presented by various commercial policies, including commercial general liability policies, commercial automobile policies, director and officer liability policies and commercial property policies.
Kyle has extensive experience working with insurance carriers’ insureds, in State and Federal courts, in complex motor vehicle accidents, product liability disputes and premises liability claims. Kyle’s practice experience also includes representing national companies in asbestos related litigation. In addition to his extensive experience representing the interests of insureds, Kyle also represents insurance carriers in bad faith litigation, including UM/UIM and property damage disputes.
Prior to joining Montgomery Amatuzio, Kyle served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph Halbach in the 333rdJudicial District of Harris County, Texas. Kyle also served as a law clerk for the Texas Office of the Attorney General, in the Consumer Protection Division.
Outside of the courtroom, Kyle enjoys hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding and whitewater rafting.
