Maddin M. Nelson, Associate

Maddin earned her law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2016, and is licensed in both Colorado and Tennessee. She focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, including the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury defense, and defense of auto and trucking accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Maddin represented clients in an array of litigation and transactional matters. She gained experience prosecuting and defending cases involving securities fraud, oil and gas ventures, trade secrets, and contract disputes, and ran large-scale pre-litigation investigations involving catastrophic injuries. While in law school, Maddin completed the Tennessee Supreme Court’s mediator training, and spent time on Fort Campbell volunteering with the Judge Advocate General Corps to draft wills for active duty soldiers.
