Sarah K. Vogel, Attorney
Sarah received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2021 and her Master of Arts in Cognitive Linguistics from Case Western Reserve University in 2018. Following law school, she worked as a Hearing Officer presiding over unemployment appeals in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sarah further dedicated her skills to defending the indigent accused as an attorney with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. Through her time in indigent defense, Sarah gained substantial trial and courtroom experience amidst a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability in navigating complex legal challenges. These experiences have contributed greatly to Sarah’s client-centered approach to civil and commercial litigation. Sarah has counseled clients on pre- and post- litigation disputes, seeking to ensure her clients feel supported throughout her fierce advocacy for their interests. Sarah currently focuses her practice on personal injury defense, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability issues, insurance coverage, and construction litigation.
